Replacement or return policy

The policy of replacement and return of goods is subject to the Executive Regulations of Law No. 2014/39 on Consumer Protection:

  • The product can be exchanged and returned or benefit from warranty services provided there is the original invoice.
  • The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The goods must be in the same condition as when they were purchased, suitable for resale and placed in their original packaging with all their accessories.
  • The customer acknowledges that he has not used the product in any way.
  • The nature of the product must be listed under the products that can be returned or replaced.
  • Gifts given to the customer when purchasing the product to be returned must be returned.
  • Products are returned in the event of a defect or malfunction, or in case they do not conform to the specifications approved in the State of Kuwait.
  • In the event that the replacement is not possible, the product will be returned, and the seller is obliged to refund it according to the value contained in the bill of sale, and in the same way used to buy it.
  • The customer has the right to exchange or return it when the conditions stipulated in this law are met, even if the goods are purchased during the discounts (discounts) licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in which case the value of the product contained in the purchase invoice will be considered refunded in the same way used when buying.

The consumer cannot return or exchange the goods in the following cases:

  • If the consumer is aware of a defect or defect already present in the product at the time of purchase and before it as is, or the last piece displayed in the store.
  • If the specifications or packaging method of the goods prevent them from being replaced or returned because this leads to damage to them or makes it impossible to return them to the original purchase condition, and therefore it is impossible to resell them.
  • In the event that the customer misuses, damages or incorrectly installs the goods.
  • If the product cannot be installed again, or if accessories or components are missing with or without cartons, or with a torn packaging, which must be in the same condition as the customer purchased it.
