During vehicle recovery the kinetc snatch recovery rope stretches and absorbs the energy coming from the pulling vehicle. this energy is transferred to the stuck vehicle, resulting in very effective & efficient recovery.

The sheaths help to prevent dirt and grit penetrating the fibres of the rope which can result in damage to the rope itself.  The protective sheath has a longer lifespan and provide direct protection from abrasion than the polymer coatings used on some inferior brands of recovery ropes.
